POSTAGE AND HANDLING
*Orders $0 - 64.99: $7.95
*Orders $65.00 and above receive free postage
*Orders $0 - 59.99: $9.95
*Orders $60.00 and over: $15.00
* Registered Post is more cost-effective than Express Post Platinum, and
includes insurance for the full amount in the event of loss or damage. We are located regionally so delivery times are often slower. If you are unsure whether your address lies within the Express Post zones please check with Australia Post.
In the unlikely event of a missing parcel we will lodge a claim on your behalf with Australia Post, and reimburse you immediately Australia Post sends compensation through.
We reserve the right to use a different form of postage if necessary. Postage will generally occur within 0-2 business days of receipt of payment.
International postage is by Air Mail, and generally takes between 3 and 10 business days to arrive, however lengthy hold ups in customs have been known to occur. We offer Registered post (compensation to $100) or Insured post (compensation to the full amount of your goods). If your postage would be considerably more than the amount charged, we will contact you to see if you are happy to pay the excess costs for your order to proceed.

We accept credit card payments through
Paypal. There is no need to sign up for Paypal, you can simply enter your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit) details if you choose.
Please note we do NOT pass on PayPal fees to customers in any event.
We recommend you clear any cookies on your computer before paying via Paypal to avoid difficulties. To do so, right click "internet" then "properties", then select "delete cookies". If you still have trouble, please contact us so we can help fulfill your order.
Invoices must be paid for
(not necessarily cleared)
within 48 hours unless
alternative arrangements have been made with us. Please notify us when you have made your payment. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours we will assume you no longer wish to proceed with your order and return any items to stock. All payments must be cleared before orders are sent out. After an order is placed you will receive an automated email with our banking details.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Under Australian Consumer Law we will exchange faulty products or offer a refund, where the product is not faulty due to abnormal consumer usage. Please contact us with details in the event of this happening.
Please remember this is your guaranteed legal right, and never accept otherwise from shops who say they will not take back faulty products, whether they are on clearance or not.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Under Consumer Law retailers have no obligation to exchange products for change of mind, selecting incorrect sizing, and so forth. Nonetheless
we will exchange (yet not refund) products where possible within 14 days if you change your mind,
with the exception of items on sale - such items cannot be exchanged for change of mind.
The customer will need to pay postage to return the article
in it's original state to us, however we will pay return postage for the exchange. Items lost or damaged in return post for a customer's change of mind are not Fairy Jardin's responsibility, so we recommend express or registered post are used. Please also make sure you contact us before you return items.
If a customer changes their mind a second time, they are required to pay postage to both return the product to us and to receive a new exchanged product. No more than two exchanges are allowed for a single original item.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
In this rare event please return the item to us, and we will send out the correct item as well as a refund or credit for the postage paid to return the item to us.
